The three-layer PE process utilizes an epoxy powder coating as the bottom layer and is bonded with polyethylene (PE) and adhesive to provide robust anti-corrosion protection for steel pipes. This method is widely adopted both domestically and internationally for oil and gas pipelines as well as civil gas and water supply systems.

The system is designed to deliver stable coating quality, long-term protection, and efficient production performance for pipeline external corrosion protection projects.
