The rigid polyurethane spraying polyethylene winding prefabricated direct-buried insulation pipe consists of three primary layers:

1. Working Steel Pipe: The inner steel pipe is used for conveying the medium (e.g., hot water, chilled water, oil).
2. Sprayed Polyurethane Rigid Foam Insulation Layer: Provides excellent thermal insulation with uniform and controllable density, ensuring no empty spaces.
3. Winding Polyethylene Outer Casing: Protects the insulation layer and provides mechanical strength for direct burial.

• Anti-corrosion and Thermal Insulation: Ideal for pipelines in heating, cooling, and crude oil transport.
• Medium Temperature: ≤120°C (incidental peak up to <140°C).
• Medium Pressure: ≤2.5 MPa.
• Laying Methods: Primarily for direct burial; also suitable for trench or overhead pipeline installations.
